Trusted Leader in Electroless Nickel
Low Phosphorous and Specialty Plating
Engineered coatings for your most difficult applications.
Electroless nickel is an alloy of nickel and phosphorous applied to a surface without the use of current. Electroless nickel coatings have a distinct advantage in that they evenly coat the inside/outside of substrates as long as solution flows uniformly. Traditional mid and high phosphorous alloys are selected for corrosion protection and modest wear improvement. When more demanding applications arise, specialty coatings are selected, which include low phosphorous and composite deposits. Metal Chem specialty coatings are formulated to enhance specific performance properties such as hardness, wear, release, or coefficient of friction.
Metal Chem has a full product line of unique specialty coatings to meet all of your demanding applications.
