Metal Chem’s META-PLATE 2500 TEF is an advanced High Phosphorus Electroless Nickel Process designed to deposit a uniform, nickel-phosphorus composite alloy with ultra-fine PTFE particles. Being free of any intentionally added PFAS surfactants, META-PLATE 2500 TEF takes PTFE composite plating to new levels of environmental stewardships. With over 100 years of electroless nickel research and development experience, Metal Chem offers this EN formula to meet and exceed most PTFE EN processes available.
META-PLATE 2500 TEF is supplied as 4 separate liquid concentrates. META-PLATE 2500 A, META-PLATE 2500 B and META-PLATE 2500 TEF are used for make-up; META-PLATE 2500 A, META-PLATE 2500 TEF and META-PLATE 2500 CD or D are used for replenishment. (META-PLATE 2500 CD is the self-pH regulating option)
META-PLATE 2500 TEF meets AMS-C-26074, AMS 2404, AMS 2454 specifications. META-PLATE 2500 TEF is compliant with ELV (automotive), ROHS requirement (electronics),WEEE (electronics), and the Green Initiative (all industries).
Duplex PTFE-EN over High Phos EN. Aluminum substrate. Uniform PTFE particle dispersion. Capable of 1000+ NSS.
