Meta-Plate Ultima XT II
Metal Chem’s META-PLATE ULTIMA XT II is an easy-to-use advanced lead- and cadmium free, medium phosphorus electroless nickel process designed to meet most bright EN applications today. The META-PLATE ULTIMA XT II process is the next generation of Pb/Cd-free plating baths, surpassing traditional Pb/Cd chemistries in brightness and plating copper alloys. With over 100 years of electroless nickel research and development experience, Metal Chem offers this newest EN formula to meet and exceed the standard Pb/Cd medium phosphorus EN bath in all general categories. META-PLATE ULTIMA XT II offers excellent ductility, making it ideal for applications where parts are stamped or crimped after plating.
META-PLATE ULTIMA XT II is supplied as 3 separate liquid concentrates.
META-PLATE ULTIMA XT II-MU is used for make-up; while META-PLATE ULTIMA XT II-A and META-PLATE ULTIMA XT II-C are used for replenishment.
META-PLATE ULTIMA XT II meets AMS-C-26074, AMS 2404, AMS 2405, and ASTM B733 specifications. META-PLATE ULTIMA XT II is compliant with ELV (automotive), ROHS requirement (electronics), WEEE (electronics), and the Green Initiative (all industries).
