About Metal Chem Inc.
Trusted Leader in Electroless Nickel
Who Is Metal Chem?
For over 40 years, Metal Chem has been actively involved in improving the chemistry used in the surface finishing industry. Focusing on research and development (R&D) and production, our technology is the direct result of research chemists dedicated to the needs of our customers. With over 150 years combined experience in the development of electroless nickel systems, Metal Chem has the EN experts to aid our customers from start-up, to support, to auditing and optimization of their processes.
According to technical director Jordan Beavers, Metal Chem “helps companies achieve their productivity goals by providing meaningful technical support, customer-driven research and the ability to custom engineer formulations specific to our clients’ applications.”
Since 1985, Metal Chem has built a brand as a surface finishing innovator, committed to R&D of “what’s next.” In 2020, Metal Chem invested in expansion, when most were trying to cut costs due to Covid. Metal Chem increased its lab bench space by more than 400%, including 5 new hoods and a new pilot line for validation of process for customer projects.
Our customers’ trust in the quality of our products has helped us achieve remarkable growth in the past 25 years. But, most importantly, Metal Chem’s investment represents our commitment to continue to support our customers no matter what the future holds.
