Production Capabilities

Metal Chem uses dedicated tanks for the production of our electroless nickel components, which ensures the highest quality EN. 17 total production tanks ranging from 55 to 4,000 gallons, Metal Chem produces to inventory, so our customers can get product when they need it.  To ensure our industry-leading quality, Metal Chem maintains a minimum of 2 year retain sampling, production data tracking and QC first-pass approval analysis.  Over the last 5 years, Metal Chem has increased our inventory of raw materials and continued to ship-on time and in-full throughout the supply chain crisis.  Our investment ensures our production will not be disrupted.

Lab Capabilities

Metal Chem’s team of Research Chemists not only develop our electroless nickel process but also support our customers in their use.  Metal Chem analyzes 100-120 samples per month for our customers to help maintain their baths. But, what sets Metal Chem apart is the turnaround time for routine analysis: 99.9% under 48 hours.  Whether it is failure analysis, first article testing, or developing a part-specific electroless nickel, Metal Chem and our research team can assist in your product development.
