A graduate of Lipscomb University (B.S., magna cum laude, 1997) and the University of Florida Levin College of Law (J.D., with honors, 2000), Heather Kingery was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000 and the Illinois Bar in 2004. She was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern and Central Districts of Illinois and Northern Indiana in 2007.

Heather is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Florida State Bar Association and the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel. Her areas of practice include Product Liability, Construction Litigation and General Tort Litigation.
