A graduate of DePaul University College of Law (J.D./M.B.A, 1997) and Illinois State University (B.A, 1993), Stacy is a member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
