Garrett's practice centers on commercial litigation and the defense of general tort matters. He also has extensive experience with employment/labor disputes as well as insurance coverage litigation.
A graduate of Loyola University of Chicago School of Law (J.D. 2003) and Michigan State University (B.S. 2000, Cum Laude), Garrett is a member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to practice before 7th Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, Southern District of Illinois, Central District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Garrett is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. Garrett is also an Associate Board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois.
